FROM LOOP BREAKS TO SOLUTION COMPOSITION

Find the problem. Design the improvement.

Define bottlenecks and contradictions from breaks in the loop, then develop improvements through solution mechanisms and compositions.

FIVE FIELDS · ONE DECISION PROCESS

Follow each game’s reasoning through five fields.

Read the reasoning from problem definition to improvement design.

01 · LOOPS

Loops

What repeats, and when does the opportunity reopen?

02 · BOTTLENECK

Bottleneck

Which conditions interrupt the flow?

03 · CONTRADICTION

Contradiction

What should improve, and what must be preserved?
